I have been at the Waterloo hotel in the past.It is cleaned regularly but nothing has been done in the building for at least 15 years in the kitchen or the communal parts: the carpet is worn out the Lino is sticky even just after being washed.My single room and shared bathroom has not been refurbished in years . The room was colder than the rest of the building fortunately the staff is very helpful and provided a small heater.On the positive side the staff is friendly and helpful and towels and bedding perfectly clean.It’s a shame that such a nice art deco building is not is not maintained properly.

The property is ideally situated with easy access to downtown and the car parking was great at the hotel

We should have been told there was a lift and how to exit the building Good value for money Clean Own bathroom Nice touches like shampoo soap towels

The hotel and room were really nice, the design is funky and eclectic. I liked the room , very spacious, good amenities and the interior design but if not into this style it may be a little overwhelming
